The followings are the Terms and Conditions as you enrolled as a member upon registration. Infinity8 Edu PLT ( LLP0017444-LGN) [“ here-in-after known as “Company”], it has the right to suspend or terminate without the need of prior notice on your access to or use of our Website if in the Company’s sole and absolute opinion, you are in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions: -

Use of Service and the Website
1. The registered members and their children are accessing the on-line tutorials on on-year subscription basis. Hence, they are not allowed to copy or download the any part of the on-line tutorials without obtaining prior explicit consent and authorization from the Company.
2. Our Company reserves the rights to pursue legal and other appropriate means and actions against unauthorized access and/ or download the on-line tutorial video.
3. We all should recongise the evolving cyber-security risks, that your computer or network may be vulnerable to cyber risks. It is your responsibility to ensure effective and updated anti-virus software are in installed for your computers and mobile devices.

Liability for Third Party’s posts or websites
1. The Company shall have no liability whatsoever information on any third party’s posts or website link on our Website.
Intellectual Property Right
1. All the contents, functionalities and on-line tutorials in the Website are the intellectual properties of the Company of whom is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all the rights and interests over Website. The Company reserves the rights to pursue any appropriate legal means and actions against any unauthorized use and/ or act that manipulated the contents of the Website.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Customer shall receive an e-mail notification within 2 days upon your successful payment to our authorised e-payment gateway. Your subscription(s) shall be recorded in your account and your children shall be able to access the on-line courses(s).
2. Should your subscription not recorded in your account. Please send us an e-mail to info@infinity8edu.com with your proof of payment (i.e., receipt). Our Administrator will investigate and your will be informed the status of your subscription(s) within 7 days.
Terms & Conditions for Cancellation and Refund
1. Should you regret to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of your payment, please send us an e-mail for request of refund that meet the following circumstances: -
  1. your children were unable to access the on-line videos; and
  2. we were unable to ratify your status of subscriptions
2. All refunds will be processed within 21 days from the date of e-mail confirmation from the Company. You will receive your refund through the credit card as per the payment record in the e-payment gateway.
3. The management of Infinity8edu.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Cancellation and Refund Policy without prior notice.
